Description

Core course

This course is a continuation of KORE2001 Korean II.1 and includes four hours of lectures and two hours of tutorials per week. The course aims to build on the foundation established in KORE2001 and further develop students’ Korean language proficiency in both spoken and written forms.

Students will learn to recognize sociolinguistic features of Korean and use appropriate sentence endings in context for effective communication. They will also practice synthesizing diverse sources to create visual materials in Korean and deliver well-structured, extended presentations.

On the completion of the course, students will be able to speak logically using a range of grammar and expressions appropriate for the intermediate level and produce formal written texts in Korean.
